Could be a sand wash plant,the long sausage thing could rotate to separate different aggregate

I think I may have seen someone post some photos from it on Facebook within the last couple of weeks, certainly looks similar - as @pirate says it's an aggregate sorter of some kind.

This was removed several years ago. It's now one of those lakeside holiday box places.
