Report - SSI Redcar Power Station - December 2015

Visited on a rainy night with @AndyK and Jamie_P. This was a spur of the moment find, at the top of the blast furnace I turned to Andy and pointed into the distance. "That looks littlebrooky" I said. So later on we decided to take a look, here's what we found..

Just turbine shots here, I didn't find the boiler house great to shoot, no control room either as there was a man in it

Certainly makes a difference having the overhead lights on, in the Station that"s for sure & it looks like everyones stood in the same positions for shots (me included ) lol

Pity the blast Furnace high level lights are not out now

Yeah did think about it but i"m fine shooting in low light, so no worries, and it makes a change from Tungsten & Sodium glare

Yeah shame they've turned them off now. As Andy says you'd probably be alright looking for switches though, cheers man!
