Not a huge one, but I walked all round the grounds again with not a sign of anyone. I found some greenhouses I have never seen before - and the surprise was that there were still grapes and figs growing after all these years - and the chain pulleys used to airate (sp?) the greenhouses were still working perfectly.
Another outbuilding is being use by an owl who flew away before I had a chance to photograph it, but there is the odd thing hanging around still there.
Something I am concerned about is that the lead appears to be being taken off one side of one of the roofs. I don't know why and I wouldn't want to hazard a guess but it may be worth keeping an eye on.
Anyway - here you go, not a brilliant report, but I found it quite interesting finding something else on site.
