Well, having not gone to bed, I started this explore rather early - and didn't leave till about 4 hours later 
I am a bit slow... lol
The site is currently still half-live so I was a bit nervy at times. I'm not entirely sure which of the buildings are going and which are being kept in the usual impending redevelopment into housing ("most" and "only one" are the respective answers iirc
) but the building is solid and remarkably un-chavved. It'll be a shame to see it pulled down.
The pikeys have of course been hard at work in places though, as would be expected...
