History at www.tggreen.co.uk

On the back of Oxygen Theif's recent visit, TG Greens became the second and final stop of me and Meanstreaks Derby day out.
TG Green's has been on the cards for a while now and it didn't disappoint.
When we turned up, we passed a Security Dog van parked at the front gate. So on entering the compound, we spent some time making sure we were in the clear.
Once happy we were free to move around, we made a start on exploring this surprisingly large site.
We spent a good two hours exploring down and up stairs and still only saw half of it.
Time was against us, so we called it a day, promising to go back again and also to eat at the 50's style American Diner at the end of the road lol.

Here are some of my photos:

Re: T.G. Green & Co. - Swadlincote, Derbyshire - Feb 2009

Had a revisit on Sunday with Iron Monkey and Meanstreak.
Still didn't manage to see it all, but at we managed to crack the other large building on site this time, which made it worth the trip.
Quality burgerness at the nearby 50s American Diner and a good display of vintage cars too.
I've tried to post up different stuff to last time (apart from the necessary Kiln shots, but all were differents kilns).
