I couldn't find much information on the internet apart from that it's owned by The Angel Group who provide accommodation and support for asylum seekers.
It's been closed for the last 5 years and seems to have an active gardener!

The Angel Centre is formerly an airbase, which has been converted to provide a training centre.
The property has four accommodation blocks providing 203 bedrooms, a purpose-built conference centre and various office and service buildings.
The site also has two former aircraft hangers of 60,000 square feet each and a purpose-built vehicle body shop.
The boiler house and water tower

From what I gathered, it was split up into many parts, including a little house which was owned by Pickfords and it's where people were taught how to lay carpets ??
