It's a little niggle but West Park closed in 2003, not 2009 - and of course half the buildings are still an active hospital ;)

It also looks as if it's only the main hall of Tone Vale still derelict as that ward looks very converted on google maps.

Also I believe the pub/b&b in the admin of St. Mary's Stannington has now also closed as well.

St Crispins has been destroyed. Went during October and there were no buildings left, just new housing :(

You mustn't have been looking in the right place. The main bulk of the wards are still there in a derelict state.

Well most of it closed in 2003 but yeah its a mute point.

Main Hall at TV has been completely demolished now actually. Probably need to update. St Mary's Inn is indeed closed.. it was a great eat when I was passing on work. The developers up there are woeful.

I was poking about at Winterton the other day. The chapel still remains and has recently been converted into a gym. They've done a lovely job. Theres also a couple of ward blocks still standing.

Chiltern wing, Sutton Hospital is coming down imminently. Access is no longer so readily accessible...lots of security cams and police presence. They are now building a prefab secondary school.

Sutton Hospital wasn't an Asylum unless I've missed something?
