It's a shame this place hasn't been covered more, it's nice to see a place that hasn't been battered or gutted by "mysterious fires"

I had a look at this many times and gone there to see what's what, but Hines house has mostly been knocked down now, and the other part (pic 1 ) looks like
Parts have been converted into flats and people now moved in but the
Old parts/corridors still exist within it.

They do have ghost tours going around the place at the min till they
Get rid off the original parts and convert them too,
You never know I might get desperate

Is that preschool opening any time soon ?
I had a look in and its like all work has stopped, I heard that
at one point they weren't going to go through with it ,
Might be a good explore if they don't : )
This is one I defiantly want to do but time is of the essence,

I think it's fair to say it was disgusting how the mentally ill were treated,
I dread to think what went on in places like this

The reason the ghost tour cost that price is down to the price of the location a lot of places charge a fortune nowadays because of tv programmes like mh and ghost hunters then on top of that you have insurance cost...

I know this site isnt keen on paranormal investigators but I am one and I have been to this site a number of times. I know alot of you think the paranormal is bullshit and I am a very sceptic with it all also......but I have had some weird stuff happen to me in this building, not saying its paranormal but it possibly could of been. Last time I went there they was doing airsoft in there aswell
