Visited the old "Thomas Bolton" site today at Froghall, Stoke-on-Trent.
In there time they were manufacturers of Boltomet Copper And Special Copper Alloy, For The Electrical Industry In The Form Of Strip, Foil, Bar, Rod, Bus Bar, Sections, Commutator Bar And Segments, Hollow Conductors, Rotor Bars And Rings, Forgings, Machined Parts, Insulated Flexible.
Looks as though the whole site is ready for demolition.

The rear of the factory was the engineering Department with a furnace

it must have been cold
