Whipps Cross University Hospital is an NHS-run University Hospital in Waltham Forest, London. I can't find any history as to what the massive empty parts were, or when they shut... The hospital has pretty much been ignoring them for as long as I can remember.
I've seen reports of the old service tunnels to this hospital, and a few things on other forums of the (frankly disgusting) rooms that join to them, but never anything of the majority of untouched stuff. The empty parts join right up to the in-use offices, so had to be a bit hush hush, but everything from hospital beds to mountains of filing cabinets awaited inside.
This was just meant to be a reccy trip, hence the shitty quality photos.
