I know they've been done a few times but i took a drive up there on sunday with Willis to finally check them out for myself. Getting over to pick Willis was hard enough due to the flooding over his way, but getting up to these babies was even more of a mission. Needless to say it was worth it. You do get a sense of their enormity when you're sat inside one. The morning didn't pass uneventfull either as the local PCSO spotted us and came over for a stop and search.
After checking we weren't on staffordshire constabularys most wanted list we had a brief chat, turned out he grew up in the same area of brum as me,
and we carried on snapping away.Tried to make me picss a bit different from the standard report on here, oh well here goes...
the standard shot of all the towers
not floodedd too badly, now time to get in one
playing with the whitebalance
looking up
doorway to your death
run towards the light carol-anne!
getting back down
and finally a gauge for good measure
