Ajeers was a reclamation yard based in East Sussex, it closed sometime around October 2016 and has been derelict ever since.
Bit of background from the web-
As a long-standing, market-leading stone supplier and reclamation yard serving London and the South East. Ajeer Reclamation have extensive and ever changing exciting stock of all kinds of stone and paving, including five grades of reclaimed Yorkshire flagstone.

The explore- we didn't drive out with the intention of finding it but drove past and decided to take a look as it all had that derelict look. There's 2 parts and a footpath runs right through the middle. We walked up the footpath and found an easy pretty much walk in way. The buildings were in great shape, no broken glass or fire damage etc. All the doors were open at the entrance building and paperwork scattered everywhere. The back buildings were wood storage and a workshop for storing and cutting the stone. Was a good explore and not a very busy road so we weren't disturbed
