Battersea Utility Tunnel B, London
Visited with Elliot5200.
This is one of two tunnels that run under the Thames to either side of Chelsea Bridge, carrying electrical cables. They were built in the 1920s.
After lots of confusion and some serious lack of phone battery, I met up with Elliot after sitting outside BPS for a relaxing half an hour.
Access was extremely interesting, certainly not for the claustrophobic or indeed even remotely large person. After some serious shuffling and a good few laughs along the way, we were down and in.
