Although it seems like ages, its only been closed for a couple of years max. Don't think it opened as D9 until 2008 or 2009, before that it was Ice, Niche, Zeus, and it was originally called The George.

I had one last week at St Thomas' in stockport. Couldn't believe it when I saw it.
