They couldn't be more removed from ventilator fans, they are tractor wheels.

*NB. On second thoughts you're fairly close 'cos they may of been belonged to an ex tractor fan.

There"s now a newly constructed thick Concrete slab about 7x6 ft over the access point now. It was still drying out when i called .....the B@stards !!!

Checked this place out recently. It is now under a large mound of soil. Will require digging to get in.
