I’m surprised they are still in such good shape after some 80 or so years. We didn’t see them until we were already on top of them. Climbed under a barbed wire fence into some woods and they were everywhere.

Wow, had forgotten how much good stuff is in this thread. Popping this in here. Spotted en route to a mega-stone mine in Derbyshire that was completely sealed up. This looks like an old engine house and may have served the nearby Snake Mine. There's an old building, chimney and a bonus pump (?) nearby.

The tin roofed shed-like building:

A shot of the chimney through the trees:

On to the pump:

Eva Brothers in Manchester, May 2023. Not really worthy of a report as it has been absolutely obliterated now, but thought I'd post a few shots here in case anyone is interested, there were still a few decent photo opportunities. Strange area, there were a few people hanging around outside the building and there was a very small bonfire on the site which looked like it had been burning for a while but there were only a few small clouds of smoke coming from a pile of rubble. Either way, we got a few quick handhelds and didn't spend any more time there than we needed to.

This place has been stripped since we were last here! I always liked this place, trashed but photogenic.

Ladygrove Cottages, Derby - Summer 2023

A row of ten terraced houses built in 1879 for the workers of Royal Crown Derby (at the time known
as the Derby China Works). The OS map of 1880 shows there were originally 14 houses, presumably 4
were demolished at some point to free up more car parking room. By 2002 only 2 of the houses were
occupied with the last one becoming vacant in around 2020.

Just your basic row of mouldy houses really!

I was always kinda hoping there'd be some old pottery stuff hidden away in some of the houses, and there was! But nothing particularly interesting unfortunately. Just some old moulds and kiln furniture...
