Lead or Rumour info - Hull (Drypool) Mission Hall

I saw yesterday that the 1950s(?) derelict Seafarers/Dock Workers Mission Hall in Drypool has been broken into and it's easy to simply walk in (previously it was very well secured). Would be nice to see a report/photos from some more intrepid local Urbex than I and who have lights and decent cameras etc. Seems structurally safe inside but dark and eerie with no doubt rough sleepers/drug users lurking somewhere....
