Couldn't really find much of about this place, didn't even know what we'd been up until I looked it up. The building looks like it was built around the same time as the Royal Insurance which is the start of the 20th century.
The part of the building we got up was gutted, was even missing it's outside wall. So not much to photograph in that part.
There's other parts to this building that's not yet been destroyed by builders, but a way in seemed difficult without the CCTV camera seeing us.

Once we were at the top of the scaffolding there was some sketchy roof walkways we had to walk along. When we got on the roof at the top the views were quite good and could see most of Liverpool's Landmarks.

There was more scaffolding on the other side of the building that we went down. This went onto the top of some fairly new apartment roofs.
