Had a solo mooch around here at the weekend. Nice chilled explore totally spoilt by realising as I was leaving that I'd lost my (work) phone. Spent over two hours retracing every f****** step but found nothing. Cue red face on Monday.
BTW there's a much easier way in than sliding down the slate from the fence above the site (I didn't realise this).
I know it has been done before so just a few pics.
As others have said you can hear rushing water while walking around most of the site which is a bit disconcerting but it is caused by a stream flowing down a bare tunnel at the back of the site into an underground drain or culvert
