Visited with my other half Dragonflame on a tour with the council. I know it's not derelict but I know OJ has attempted this apparently and failed so I'll put it up. If you want history go to Wikipedia for it 
Really enjoyed this visit; we went up in the evening when it was pretty dark and I didn't think tripods would be allowed so I had to shoot handheld, which meant high ISO and blurry shots. But in due consideration I think I did pretty well with this! Best part of it was standing right underneath the 3 ton bell when it chimed 8 o'clock! Was nice to look down onto the wonderful christmas markets as well.
