Mayfield station visit with a non member friend.
The ultimate starters urbex and one which has been done to death.
However i am a beginner so felt this would be an ideal first thread.

The day started by us trying to enter completely on the wrong side, however this lead to a way into the ground floor storage faciltiy,so we made this the focus of the day.

its a decent size room though empty other than a single red diesel fuel pump behind the huge yellow steel doors. one side houses a series of offices and toilets. in hindsight i should have took more pics.
main office has whiteboard with some info and the date january 2011.
it would seem to have been empty for at least 12 months but for some reason workers still access it time to time.
