This isn't normal (in all seriousness this time). This sounds like you have a underlying issue that needs checking out. Most certainly not something I have experienced, and not heard of from any other explorer.

Figured it would be normal especially after being around so many dusts, my mate experiences similar after certain locations
Did not know it wasn’t normal, might have to bring that up

I wouldn’t believe a single diagnosis of the internet. Go sit in ane/ out of hours till you get your answer .

My mrs has asthma and exposure to dust of any type (building / disturbing some old books etc) triggers chest and breathing probs.

Have an asthma assessment done.
