Question - Recommendations for a euro trip

Hope everyone is good.
The time has come to plan this year's trip to Europe.
I wondered if anyone had some general recommendations?
Last year I went to Northern Italy, the year before, Belgium.
I have thought about a Bratislava to Prague trip. I think it would be exciting but it also feels quite intimidating as I don't really know the laws and think I'll be going somewhat blind.
Obviously I need somewhere generously sprinkled with abandonments.
I invariably drive too much and so want to try and reduce this, this time.
I like to ideally have a good tourist trail collection with the odd chance find on the way.
Any ideas or comments?

Greece, I've looked into going there before and you'll be falling over so many abandoned things especially in the western part.

There's an enormous train graveyard in Thessaloniki I've always wanted to see, maybe one day.

Yes, Slovakia to Prague is the default position, but it feels a bit intimidating for me right now
