Ive been here more times than I can remember but never got round to making any sort of report on it. Was in the area today so I thought I may aswell get off my arse and do a report.
Starting my explore off by getting into the spillway someway downstream not far from a first short culvert under the road.
This section isnt long at all and is just some 5ft rcp with spider friends clinging to the ceiling.
You come out here, it has quite a steep incline as you walk through it!
Now we walk up this spillway for maybe 300 meters until eventually..
We meet up with the overflow!
It was quite nice around the overflow, and the stone work was absolutely mint!
Then we made our way in, you can stand up fully now but only if you wanna risk spiders in ya hair
Onward up the RCP and it turns into brick!
Then abit further and youre in the plug hole itself!
Also went through a little shower..
With the fear of some kids launching stones down the hole we quickly made an exit...
And out!
Not a huge explore but still good fun
