Me and dubstyle have been checking these out for ages. weve been beaten by bad light, bad weather and a swarm of ill tempered wasps, but after checking another local site, which lead to nothing, we headed up Brinksway again. This time we found and nearly literally, fell into them (be warned!). they are not all seperate caves, its like one big room with openings / windows. not exactly sure what purpose they would have served apart from a couple of large drains running water into the river below. unfinished air raid shelters?? any ideas??
