Report - School Of Decay - Belgium - July 2019

History:
Somewhere in a small village in one of the former mining regions of Belgium, a new rather small monastery was created. Just a couple of years later though, the function of this monastery changed into a school. This went on without any changes into the 90s, this was also the time when this small old school got closed .

Visit:
With our busy exploring day ending we still had some daylight, so decided to head over to this small school I had on my map for a long while. And well we were pleasantly surprised. With the pealing paint and the old vintage school equipment, was a really nice last location to end the day.
