Myself and @dweeb dropped by about 6 months ago and there was a guy doing it up and living there.

I used to live right by this pub, still walk past it most days, lot's of work been done over the year, or certainly lots of skips have been filled, I can't yet comment on how faithful/competent the refurbishment has been, though gilpmses of the bar area seem to be intact, big focus on the beer garden at the moment for obvious reasons, I rememebr playing in there as a kid, it's been 20 years since I last stepped inside and for nearly 13 of those years it's been derelict.... If it ever does open again it will be a real nostalgia trip.
