Report - Selly Oak Public Library, Selly Oak Birmingham March 2020.

Not much to see here I'm afraid...
Built around the turn of the 20th C, and fairly Nouveau in style. Sadly it lacks the flamboyant tiling found in some of the big Manc libraries but had a few nice details in the way of glass and some lovely radiators. The fitted shelves were also very good quality, a pity then that someone has played with domino rally with the middle section! The staircase was rather plain (in that arts and craft humble style) but beautifully made... Sadly the top floor was totally empty and no loft access that I could find...
