Tha plan was to cover both sides of Smurfs Hollow. the Elton brook section and the Walshaw brook section.

My first access point turned out to be a no go, however the second way proved more successful, time was tight in the first place so i only managed to cover the Elton Brook section.

The Elton Brook Infalls from the West and is culverted underneath Bury.

A nice mixture of concrete RCP, and old brickwork with a few nice features along the way, a bit stoopy but nothing too back breaking, very nice mooch for an hour or so.

Pictures .........

A stoopy concrete RCP section leads to a junction, Left to the Walshaw Brook section or right for Elton brook...... right it was.....
