Reposting because I think I posted this in the wrong place first time! Sorry if seeming like spam!

First report so please be kind haha!
St Aidans was built in the 1820s by Sir Adam Ferguson, a close friend of Sir Walter Scott, and then expanded upon by George Bainbridge. The house had several owners throughout the 19th century until finally becoming the headquarters of The Brothers of Charity some time in 1921. The Brothers converted the house into a care home and orphanage as well as building the adjoining Chapel. The place was left in 2009, but is still owned by the Brothers. Inside it is in reasonably good condition (by my inexperienced standards), however a few of the rooms have suffered large damage. The Chapel is in excellent condition, with hymn books, bibles, collection plates and chalices all left in situ and could very easily host a mass tomorrow!
I loved this place as it was my first ever go at urban exploring and the nerves and excitement made this wee adventure all the better!
Thanks for reading, here's a few pics
