In the 1890's St Anne's hospital was founded as a fever hospital, consisting of wooden huts. Over the years these were eventually replaced by the buildings seen on the site today. In 1951 it became a general hospital with 756 beds, this number gradually reducing over the years since.
In 2018 The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, for the first time used his new Land Fund to purchase a site at St Ann’s Hospital in Haringey – a deal which will enable the redevelopment of the hospital and provide hundreds of new homes, meanwhile a new psychiatric unit has been built.
Plenty of redevelopment work ongoing but the mortuary building remains untouched for now.
There's only a couple of old reports from here and nothing since 2016 as I guess It's one that's fallen off the radar, a few things have gone missing since slayaaa and goldie's reports below but largely intact with a single slab in place and the fridges. Visited with @host
