Is this any good for a look?
I have heard it has Secca but I really want to go see before they redevelop on it into apartments... I was thinking of going this weekend.
Any advice would be fantastic :)

If you're talking about St Clements hospital in Bow you've missed the boat by a long shot I'm afraid. The majority of it has been demolished already and anything left has been stripped beyond recognition for renovation

It is never really a good idea to say when you are planning to visit just in case you roll up as announced to find a welcoming party of secca or muggers or summat :)
