So, St. Helens hospital.
They built a new one in the car park next door, now they're knocking this one down to make a car park for the new one.
First visit everything was on, with alarms going off all over, gas alarms, fire alarms, and burglar alarms, very disconcerting, lol.
Next day they'd cut the power, but all the alarms were still going off battery power. Now, all power's off, and apart from a few nearly dead alarms, it's quiet. Demo has moved swiftly on, and they've started properly stripping the upstairs diabetes clinic.
There's 6 operating theatres (3 sets of two), an xray dept with machinery still in place, even though the radio active parts have been removed, eye clinic, diabetes clinic, hearing place, and loads more. THe morgue's been stripped already and turned into site offices though.
