Hello guys and girls I’m new here and this is my first thread although I’ve been exploring for a while now so please be nice

I found this place on google maps and thought it was worth a little mooch. I can’t seem to find any information on it other than what was on the other thread by Prosniper, which is great btw. It’s clear that this has fallen into a state of disrepair which is a shame because it looks like it used to be a nice little nursery.

I’m not sure why the hut and caravan are there but both are trashed pretty bad although it looks like the hut has got someone either living in it or is used as a booze up shelter ( see pictures ) I was also very tempted by the swing but managed to resist. The water board seems to have been here laying pipes as there’s coils of the stuff in one greenhouse and a trench outside.

Hahaha me neither, not sure what the roll of toilet paper was doing in there. Kinda glad I didn’t go further than the door hahaha. I’m glad you enjoyed TAC

I found it quite interesting although this was mine and RoversRams first proper explore. No I didn’t see the farm, might be one to add to the list

Well hidden helps I guess and unlike places where a lot of scrap metal ( copper ) could be found I suppose it is of less interest to "others" so remains untouched ?
