See this is the problem. People somehow turn 'Tresspassing is not a criminal offence' into 'Ive got the right to go wherever I like'

It's the problem through and through. What we do is generally illegal. It's not 'just trespass' or 'just a civil offence'. It's against the law and when you're in front of the man, or indeed the jury or the general public they don't give a shit about that, they just see 'it's illegal and you shouldn't have been there'
