Vehicle Graveyard

Some of you will know Im a sucker for a car graveyard & have done many over the years, a lot dont merit a report but this one was quite nice.

​

As usually is the case, I cant find any history on this place. I dont believe it was ever a breakers of any sorts so most likely just someone's private collection.
Its a shame but a reality I doubt any of these vehicles will ever see the road again, we can hope that some parts are salvaged to keep other classics on the road.
Thats all there is to say really there are plenty of pics so enjoy.

Series 2 landrovers
Mk 1 VW Passatt
Mk 1 Granada Coupe
BMW 5 series
Pug 205
VW Beetle (not photographed)
& many more inc various commercials of which I have little knowledge.

I didn't remember this place until the last shot of that van and I suddenly remembered the aggro this place caused on social media back then!

The last van is indeed a repro, it's an Asquith or similar built on either Ford Transit or LDV running gear.

Much like the other one that is doing the rounds at the moment, though I'm not aware of any hassle with this one.
I have the pin but wouldn't post it respect for the owner.

No I found one by accident quite localish, on the way to watch a football match. Oh mid Wales, I do go that way, will have a search
