Came here the weekend after my visit to S Shed & t'was an overcast cloudy day which gave the shed a rawer, gritty look. Lots of darkness & shadows lower down, becoming lighter as you moved up the building.....
View of the rear of M Shed from over the River Aire on the site of the old warehousing
A reverse view over the bridge
An old pic of the bridge under construction in the early 1960's-its like giant meccano!
A couple of pics of the light, dark & colours in here
It's almost cathedral like in here! (In an Urbex way of course!)
Had to get this-i've not seen it posted before?
These are Press Dye Cake Driers
Numerous feed pipes to/from other levels
These red beasts are Niro Atomisers
Another Niro Atomiser with a more grungy look
Up on to 1st floor & the devastation/thieving starts to sadly hit home
Tops & bottoms of some of the many mixers/driers in this building
The blackboards on top of these mixers/driers still have notes written on them
A high view of another area
Once again with another area
Pipework in the roof
The Controlled Reference Standards were kept in here (it said on the door lol!)
This area is HUGE
A blast door with glass intact
Although broken ones provide interesting views
A few random pics
Then time to leave...
Thanks for looking
