I don’t know the history all I know it was a forge that specialised in vehicle wings and radiators, and that it was a nice apocalypse place if you’re into apocalypse games, especially it’s smelting hall. Was a cool place if you’re an adrenaline junkie who likes climbing too

Road view, quite the state of decay

Heard it used to have old stock along with a forklift, definitely didn’t arrive in time to see them however, Gantries are still cool however

Watch out for the falling roof

Nice little crane, wood floors have rotten away, didn’t stop me though

Second gantry, love the pod, still has some moving pedals and wheels, and is sage enough to walk on

Bunch of tanks, likely propane

Large storage area, was some sort of fire as half the ground is burnt away. Met a guy digging for metal who had pulled up a trapdoor with him finding it full of thick oil which wasn’t fun to clean

More fun

Lovely elevator, doors budged though

Electrical room behind the elevator, messing around with all the switches is fun

Only way up to second floor is climb up the shaft, luckily some nice guy left a ladder behind

Some nice little office block, sadly no photos and whilst I got some vids with the GoPro my phone struggles to get the high resolution vids

The collapsed vent duct was cool
Third floor and roof access is up a construction ladder I was too stupid to not take photos of, only photos is of the ventilation system and it’s motor

Birdpoo covered switches everywhere, with pigeons manifesting out of the vents

Part 2
Welding hall?
This room used to be a lot nicer based on reports, now it’s just an asbestos sponge with oil spills everywhere from local arsonists
The catwalk is cool however
Me being a mix of a fool and a genius, I took no photos as the room was so empty and dark, so sadly you’ll have to deal with the dark fuzzy photos my friend took

Standing on the gantry rail

Lovely hallway, every step kicked up tonnes of dust

Local drug den

Me up on the catwalk, then went to climb on the roof frames which was stupid
Sadly this room has nothing else, recently even the catwalk panels were removed along with half of the way up, so good luck even going to get fun out of it

Smelting hall
This is where the fun begins sort of

Very apocalyptic, gives me S.T.A.L.K.E.R vibes with the gantry creak And wood planks bending under me feet

Close to the cooling towers, so much fun to bang against and hear the echo

A cool visor shield I found, no lens anymore though

Nothing else really remains but the mechanical hammers, so enjoy them with my 6’3 friend for scale

Oh and don’t bother going anymore, not only has the place Been scrapped of what little reminds including the cranes I believe somehow, but the site will likely be sealed after it’s recent gas’s leak, but enjoy the photos anyway

Forgot to mention, half of the site has been scrapped of literally everything along with potential demolition on the horizon after it’s gas leak, so I’d avoid the site from now on
