This nursing home is/was privately owned and has been left to rot.
The place hasn't been closed for long but is looking very worse for wear being badly trashed and decayed.
There's still plenty of interesting things left in here and original features to be seen.
It is beleived that an increase in council fees to be paid by privately owned nursing homes forced its closure in late 2007/early 2008.
There is the large main building, some grounds and some outbuildings to the rear of the main building.
