Something new for you guys. A cracking explore that i struggled to do justice in a 3 hour set of photographs. Those that appreciate this sort of exploring will love it, those that do 'urbex' will get caught so dont say i didnt warn you!! ;)

Tuckers has a lot of history but i cant find a comprehensive summery of it anywhere online. They set up at the turn of the century making eyelets but during the 2nd world war the company got involved in making the all new 'pop' rivet for aircraft manufacture. The site in Perry Bar is actually comprised of three factories but factory one is where its at and where 99% of my photos were taken.

Theres more to come from here when it quietens down for sure. Bigger fish to fry right now!

Main issue is that they still use some office's there, security are still in the front reception and walk about all over the place. Hes also a jobsworth who begged me not tell the police about the assault/theft of my property/false imprisonment he committed after he kept me there 2 hours.. All this because he needed a reference number for his paperwork and the police refused to attend and give it to him lol!

I do like a site with working lights, and in before the pikeys too :thumb

Security dude sounds like a right tool.

Amazing find, love the shots mate and seems like they were earned the hard way! Think I may wait a while until it cools down around there, I'm all for taking chances but I pick my battles! :thumb

Reminds me of a similar experience i had with secca many years ago once i insisted the police were called he backed down taking pics in an old building is hardly the crime of the century these security blokes get so carried away at times oh i nearly forgot cracking report and great find.
