Part of the old University of Liverpool's engineering department. They moved out a number of years ago and the building remained empty. Now as part of new redevelopment plans within the university the building is being stripped out for refitting as office and laboratory space.
An interesting explore, especially the roof spaces which showed the original timberwork, but most of the rooms had been stripped out or were full of scaffolding.
