The explore
Had a tip of this was up for grabs. so a couple of us headed down late one night.
Spent around 4 hours inside was nice exploring somewhere so clean.
Most of the machinery is still inside but lots has been dismantled in places just the big stuff left now. Not a single bottle of drink to be found.
The site has been harris fenced off and lots of skips scattered about the place.
All the offices/labs etc have been stripped out.
Glad we got to see this before its stripped completely after the disappointment with the Chelmsford one a couple of years back.

Such a cool explore this place is huge in and out no problems.

Only a couple of phone externals from the walk in unfortunately was hammering down with monsoon rain by the time we left so had to leg it back to the car.

Only explored the britvic site didn't venture over to the colmans building.

Wouldn’t even attempt this.
Whole site is still active and Coleman’s factory are still in production and whole area is full of motion sensors, PIR’s, 360 cameras and infrared monitoring cameras.
Was in about 15 minutes and 4 police cars, police and security knew exactly we were.
Security were friendly and spoke to us about the site but explained the site had just installed £17000 worth of security cameras and there’s not one blind spot on site.
We had details taken and was searched and lead out the main entrance where we actually saw the security cameras on screen and it’s impossible to go unseen.
So no point travelling a few hours coming to this place like we did just to get caught.

Yeah colman line is still going until March next year man britvic side is gone mate there auctioning off everything, if you know the right way in but you dont get caught. They have tightened up security now man. Give it a few months and let colman fully shut down and will be easier, doesn't help there are multiple businesses in site.

More security measures have been added since. A friend of mine visited in the first week of October and most of lights had already been turned off inside. She returned only a week later and now there's a brand new fence which is one of those green ones which are incredibly difficult to climb. Now why would that be?

New fence is correct but it's very easy to follow the path round the bridge and jump through all the shrubbery not gonna tell everyone how to get in but it's cameras and security nothing we havent experienced before this is still an active site so it's going to be hard. But you could still get in as of this weekend trust me

i dont get the moaning, you all go on like its your buildings, people explore and people get caught who gives a fuck, this is the name off the game, the more high risk the more reward simple as that, there clearly not damaging nothing or stealing and if its that much off a problem then hit report and get it put in the non public forum where valuable building reports belong, everybodys entitled to document there explore and share it, thats the whole fucking point off an urban exploring site :banghead:thumb all the old buildings have been done a thousand times over and are boring as fuck now but you seem to forget they was all new at one point and had security measures put in place also after the tour bus starts to hit them, its a recurring cycle and always will be unfortunately , people are always going to push the boundaries and so they should, i did britvic over a month ago but never posted just simply because off time issues, but i will and it was a great explore so well done scottieboi and thatsnotme91amazing work :thumb positivity in the room
