Visited today after a recce the previous night.
A stone built asylum, some corridors and conservatories have been demolished.
The main hall is in really good condition, but the surrounding rooms are really knackered.
The wards though are mint except for a small amount of what appears to be dry rot. Copious amounts of hardwood, lots of furniture and lots of equipment make this a good place to see.
There's some eveidence of the chavwits destroying a ground floor ward.
This is being converted to a business park, and they will stop you and ask your business (politely). There are also people living in a block next to the main hall.
