Night Photography

I love that one.
I'm learning a lot from this thread, so thanks for all the tips.

I have a couple of gels to use with a torch, although I think some of you may have used gels with a flash too?

Do those flash guns fire off-camera? By that I mean, can you charge them on the camera, then remove them and walk around firing it?

Grannysmiff, I am pretty certain that those streaks are caused simply by a dirty lens.

I went to Battersea recently and here is one of my cutting room floor pics but notice the funny colour lines, what are they and how can I avoid them?

Do you have a filter on the end of your lens? (UV, Skylight, etc...?).
Remove it.

As far as I know, the college is still only partially re-developed. It's still a good explore I'm told.

The college is still there and easily doable, they're just restoring one building right at the back.
